 The “shift happens” video is about outsourcing,jobs, and preparation for the future. Many adults jobs are being taken by outsourcing and many children are being prepared for jobs that aren’t even in existence. it also explains how we need to prepare ourselves for what is about to come. loss of jobs, and more outsourcing.

The quote in my wordle and also in the shift happens video is “we are preparing kids for jobs that do not exist yet” it makes me feel worried because if we don’t know that they exist, how are we preparing for them? i don’t hear anybody talking about preparing us for jobs that don’t exist yet.

This video has definitely made me look at my future. I want to find a good job and keep it but I’m not sure if it will happen if other jobs are being created. I also want to pursue my education, because when and if there are jobs i want to be educated so i can get into a good future job being created.

This webware is great. It is almost exactly like picnik.com but it has a lot more free editing tools to use!

Fotoflexer.com can help online users share pictures that they have edited and it also lets you edit your own pictures and share them with friends.

   One of the features I liked was the Blueprint feature. I’m not quite sure why I liked it but it just appealed to me. some other cool features were Grayscale and invert. Grayscale makes everything look like an old fashioned picture and invert inverted all of the colors to make it be a negative picture.

If I could change one thing about this webware I would change their auto settings. They let you cut out a part of the picture that you want but its hard to see what your doing and I think that part of fotoflexer needs to be fixed. Maybe add a magnifying glass then would be completely satisfied.

Hereare some reviews for fotoflexer. He explains how you don’t have to pay anything for this webware and it is almost identical to most photo editors that you have to pay for.

Overall I think that fotoflexer is a great website to edit photos on and if you need to edit one try this before you buy an expensive editor.

Picnik.com is a very cool website for online users. it can help you create photos for any kind of party or celebration that your having or if you scrapbook, you can use it to make it look more stylish! Picnik allows you to edit photos you have taken or even copied off of the internet, it is a fun and excellent piece of
webware, every time you log into picnik.com you will have a fun time editing photos!

Some of the Features in picnik impressed me because I didn’t think that anything could compare to photo shop and be free, yes some of the features are buy able but even the free features are very cool. my favorite features are Boost, Lomo-ish, and night vision, Boost allows you to bring out the color in images, lomo-ish can change the lighting on the picture to make it bright or dark, and night vision allows you to see the picture as it would be in night vision.

Many people love this piece of webware but many others would like to change it for the better. I would like to see more free features and less premium features, and by the way it sounds, so do others. Although it would be very cool to have all premium features be free it is very unlikely that picnik.com would do that.

Another thing that I love about picnik.com is it is almost completely free, and compared to the other webware that is out there we are getting a great deal by getting any of this for free. For example photoshop.com is very expensive it costs up to 98 dollars and it is almost identical to picnik. Another site is called gradware.com it is a website that sells software for computers that allows us to do the same things we do in picnik but you have to pay for it just like photo shop.

Some people prefer photo shop and gradware over picnik. This link here shows some thumbs up reviews for picnik.com!

Here are some pictures i have edited on the first picture i used a feature called tint it allowed me to change the color of the whole picture. Next I used a feature called matte it let me choose the color of my border around the picture!

In this picture I used a feature called Duo tone it allows me to change the brightness and contrast of the picture.

Overall I love this piece of Webware it allows you to do things for free that you would originally have to pay for, I give this website a thumbs up!

I Web 1.0 was very hard to work with and you did every piece of manual work on it. it was very hard to make web pages and create other stuff on the computer because it was all manually done. It would take forever just to make something look cool because you would have to type Everything word for word and if you got something wrong you would have to go back and fix it.

Web 1.0

Web 1.0 was Very hard to work with. all you could really do was read web pages and it didn’t have any pictures. in order to make a web page you had to know how to code. and during that time we could only learn and not distribute information. and most of the software you have on your computer now, would have to be loaded to your computer so that you could use the software and most of the time you would have to buy one piece of software per computer.

Web 2.0

Web 2.0 is a lot better than web 1.0 because you can find almost anything you want and you can get an answer within minutes. we can now Produce information. you can also talk across the Internet by writing to somebody’s email or by getting onto an online chat space just with the touch of a few buttons! some examples of web 2.0 software are animoto.com
